Personal Training
Marie offers personal training for both pregnant
women and new mothers. Marie will work with you to gauge your
current level of fitness and unique needs. She will then design
an effective individualized exercise program following all guidelines
of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG)
to ensure safety. She will help define exercise expectations,
provide encouragement, help you adjust to your changing body
image, and provide information to educate you about exercise
as it relates to pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum recovery.
Marie is committed to designing safe and fun exercises.
