Baby Boot Camp offers outdoor stroller-based strength training classes for mom and baby. Classes include 45-60 minutes of power walking/jogging drills interspersed with 6-8 stations of strength training drills. Class concludes with 15 minutes of yoga, pilates, abdominal exercises and stretching. First class is FREE.
